    Our mat classes combine Yamuna® Body Rolling and Pilates mat work to both lengthen and strengthen muscles, with a strong focus on core stability. Each month, we spotlight a specific area—like hips, spine, or shoulders. Classes move through progressively more difficult sequences to safely challenge all levels.

    Release into Strength (60 min)
    A slower-paced class with detailed instruction, modifications, and time to explore the work. Ideal for those new to the method or anyone wanting a deeper dive.

    Flow into Strength (45 min)
    A more continuous, deliberate flow from exercise to exercise. For those who prefer a steady pace and less verbal breakdown. Please also note our cancellation policy

    A dynamic mix of energy-based grounding, Yamuna® Body Rolling, and Pilates mat work designed to lengthen, strengthen, and build deep core stability. Classes use props like foam rollers, therabands, and balls to support and challenge your movement. Each month focuses on a key area—hips, spine, shoulders—through progressive, all-level-friendly sequences.
